We have made lockers available in the garage for storing all your shoes and ski gear to avoid excess clutter, dirt and moisture within the home and guest rooms. Please remove shoes prior to entering the stairs to the main level.

 There are two garage door openers in the far-right drawer of the kitchen island. You may use them during your stay, however they must be returned prior to checkout. There will be a $150 charge per remote if they are not returned to the drawer, which is confirmed by the housecleaners after checkout. 

 Please note the keyless entry does not automatically lock so you will need to manually deadbolt the door from the inside. When leaving to lock the front door you can push the Shlage button at the top of the keypad and then turn the deadbolt clockwise until it stop within 3 seconds. You will then hear the door automatically lock the deadbolt. 

 The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, blender/Cuisinart, cooking utensils, glass storage containers, drinkware and wine glasses for 12, spices, olive oil, coffee maker, and enough coffee grounds for the first 3-4 days as well as two paper towel rolls and 4 or 5 dishwasher pods. Please take care to hand wash pots, wine glasses and skives. 

  There is a patio area with fire table and lounge on the ground (garage) floor of the townhome which can be accessed through the back of the garage. The fire table can be ignited by removing the top table cover, opening the side door under the table, turning the tank knob to open, depressing the knob to "low" and pushing the ignite button until the fire lights through the crushed glass, then adjusting the flame. Please be sure to turn the knob completely off and close the propane tank valve when done using. 

   The balcony features a gas grill for your use. You can find a wand lighter under the grill top. The propane valve can be turned on at the spigot behind the BBQ from the home. Please clean the grill and turn off the propane before checkout.

 The temperature can be controlled via the Google Nest control above the kitchen island. We have set parameters around the temperature range for energy efficiency. 

 You will find a fire extinguisher, Band Aids,  flashlight, surface cleaner and garbage bags under the kitchen sink. 

    Washer and dryer can be found in the closet at the top of the stairs of the top floor. We have provided 4-5 detergent pods for your use during your stay.
